The best treatment for the neck pain are theraputic interventions including strengthening of the cervical muscles by doing isometric exercises, soft tissue to relieve pain and muscle spasms, moblizations for pain relief and improving range of motion cervical vertebraes and manipulation also for the proper alignment and movement of cervical spine.

    1. Regular exercise. Maintaining activity will help speed recovery, even if you have to temporarily modify some of your exercises because of neck pain.
    2. Pain relievers you can buy without a prescription.
    3. Heat or ice.
    4. Soft neck brace.

What Not to Do If You Have Neck Pain

  1. Don’t Wait for the Pain to Go Away. If you develop neck pain, you may feel that if you simply wait, the pain will disappear just as suddenly as it appeared.
